I am undergoing therapy, I am trying to improve mentally as well as physically. I have traumas, but I am learning to deal with them and have a minimally stable and comfortable mentality.

Okay, serious question now. You're home alone, it's dark, it's late at night, you get up to get a glass of water and you hear a noise in your basement, what do you do?

I'll see what it is, but with something to defend myself

I'm not going to see it, since I hear those noises and murmurs sometimes.

I'm not going to see it and I'm going to run to my room

I leave the house and go to sleep on the street, far away from my house. There's no chance that I'm going to sleep with that noise.

I drink my glass of water, leave it in the sink, leave the kitchen without making a sound and go back to my room to go to sleep, but I'm afraid of the noise

I don't drink water, so... impossible for that to happen.
