I try to listen and solve things calmly.
I try to stay positive, even if it's tough, and work throught it.
I feel a bit frustrated and tend to react with anger ( might my voice).
I think about what happened and dwell on it for a while, worried about how it will affect things.
I get really agitated and sometimes lose control.
I feel sad and withdraw from the situation.

Happy, enjoying the company and feeling light!
A bit tense... but i try not to show it.
Thoughtful, analyzing everything and feeling worried about something.
Agitated and wanting to leave as soon as possible.
Sad, feeling disconnected everyone.
