I usually make decisions based on what I think is best for the group. I then inform the team and we make the changes.

I prefer to complete my task, before showing it to my colleagues or the team I am working with or doing it for.

In our organization we can adapt standard procedures to account for customer feedback that we get as we deliver the project.
We have to listen to the customer all the time and adapt our procedures and the project, as we deliver it, to ensure that they are happy and that the project will add value.

Good feedback is immediate, fact-based, assertive and supportive throughout the process.
Good communication should be vertical and use formal processes, such as meetings and emails.
A team should be communicating all the time. It is down to management to provide assertive feedback after each deliverable.
